Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronics or equivalent training.
• 3+ years in semiconductor, automotive, or related field preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshoot abilities.
• Excellent customer relationship and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair advanced equipment at customer sites.
• Interpret manuals to determine root cause of tool failures.
• Document preventative maintenance, downtime, and service reports.
• Perform preventive maintenance with minimal supervision.
• Order and coordinate replacement parts with customers and management.
• Diagnose failures across mechanical, hardware, software, and systems.
• Provide on-site technical support for system operation and maintenance.
• Lead and mentor junior field technicians.
• Comply with safety policies and maintain a clean work environment.
