Job summary

Ebara Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced field service technician to perform client-site servicing, repair, and installation of semiconductor equipment.

You will troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure system uptime at customer sites. The role requires the ability to read schematics, work with PLCs and VFDs, and mentor junior technicians.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to troubleshoot down to component level.
• Strong customer relations and communication skills.
• Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform client-site servicing, repair, and installation of company products.
• Interpret operation manuals and schematics to diagnose issues.
• Provide documentation of maintenance, downtime, and service reports.
• Train and mentor Field service associates at levels I-II-III.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness per company policies.
