DuPont Water is seeking a Field Service Technician III to deliver on-site technical services, including installation, maintenance, and repair of diverse systems at customer sites. You will participate in commissioning, troubleshoot complex issues, and advise on preventive maintenance to optimize performance.

Travel is extensive, up to 95%, with some weekend work. A solid understanding of process controls, BOMs, P&ID drawings, and safety procedures is essential for successful execution and

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Basic understanding of process controls and control systems.
• Understanding of membrane filtration equipment operation.
• Able to read BOMs and packing lists.
• Able to read drawings including P&IDs, electrical and single lines.
• Comply with safety guidelines and site safety reporting.
• Simple mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Basic PLC troubleshooting (digital and analog loops).
• Understanding of hydraulics, pumping, and chemical systems.
• Knowledge of process instruments (turbines, flow, pH).
• Excellent customer-facing skills; able to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Install, maintain, and repair equipment at customer sites.
• Develop commissioning plans and assist in project execution.
• Travel to customer sites with a high travel requirement (95%).
• Lead coordination of field activities where needed (not a supervisor).
• Provide feedback for process improvements and document service trips.
• Interface with project managers and engineers to resolve issues.
