Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Sr Field Service Technician to deliver high-quality service by evaluating, testing, and maintaining combustion systems at customer sites. You will work from the Cleveland, Ohio location and travel to customer sites as needed.

You will report to the Field Service Manager, provide technical support in the field, document activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction and system reliability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of electronic and mechanical experience required.
• Experience with diagnostic tools and service management software.
• Ability to travel 70–80% domestically and occasionally internationally.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing, maintenance, and preventative maintenance of combustion systems at customer sites.
• Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure safe system performance, efficiency and reliability.
• Provide field-based technical support and guidance to customers.
• Document service activities and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
