You will interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic diagrams; diagnose faults across industrial systems; review NFPA/OSHA requirements and document actions clearly for technical reports.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on troubleshooting experience in relevant technical fields.
• Advanced ability to read electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic diagrams.
• Strong knowledge of PLC programming and industrial controls.
• Familiarity with NFPA 70/79, ASME A17.1, and OSHA requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong technical analysis and problem-solving abilities.

Scope of Work

• Interpret electrical schematics, hydraulic, and pneumatic diagrams.
• Diagnose equipment faults across industrial, HVAC, elevator, heavy equipment, marine, rail, utility, and telecom systems.
• Analyze PLC logic and industrial controls to identify root causes.
• Document troubleshooting methods, findings, and corrective actions.
• Review relevant US codes, including NFPA 70/79, ASME A17.1, and OSHA requirements.
• Explain technical concepts and diagnostic reasoning clearly.
• Provide practical insights on maintenance, service, and repair strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on troubleshooting experience in relevant technical fields.
• Advanced ability to read electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic diagrams.
• Strong knowledge of PLC programming and industrial controls.
