Job summary

Signode Industrial Group, LLC in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Sr. Field Service Technician to install and service a wide range of industrial equipment. The role requires daily travel by auto with overnight stays; expect 1–6 hours driving per day.

You will read blueprints, troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems, perform preventative maintenance, and provide training to Signode technicians. Candidates must live in the Milwaukee area and have a High School diploma.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; technical/college training preferred.
• Strong PLC knowledge and ability to read blueprints.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Self-starter with minimal supervision and travel readiness.

Responsibilities

• document service activities and expenses accurately.
• diagnose equipment downtime and implement effective solutions.
