Job summary

EnerStar seeks an experienced Field Service Technician III to lead field activities, coordinate crews, mentor technicians, and serve as primary field representative for clients while upholding EnerStar's safety, quality, and customer service standards.

You will work with the Field Service Supervisor to support rig moves, new installations, facility setups, rig releases, preventive maintenance, and field repairs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field service, oilfield, construction, facilities, maintenance, or related industry experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading projects, crews, or work teams.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair abilities across multiple trades.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel and respond to field service needs as required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews during installations, rig moves, facility setups, rig releases, maintenance activities, and repairs.
• Serve as the primary field contact for customers while representing EnerStar professionally.
• Coordinate daily work assignments and provide guidance to Field Service Technicians I and II.
• Mentor and train technicians on safety procedures, work quality standards, troubleshooting techniques, and customer service expectations.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company and client requirements.
