The Field Service Technician IV at HOLT Group provides face-to-face customer service at an off-site location, troubleshooting and repairing diverse heavy equipment. You will document work, source parts, and maintain customer records while ensuring safety and quality in every task.

Successful candidates have multiple years of heavy equipment experience, certifications such as MSHA and crane/rigger, and strong communication skills to mentor teammates and coordinate with customers.

Qualifications

• Over four years of heavy equipment experience; six+ preferred.
• HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
• MSHA, air conditioning, crane/rigger certifications preferred.
• Travel with overnight stays may be required.

Responsabilités

• Safely perform intermediate repairs and troubleshooting offsite with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment to CAT specifications.
• Mentor and coach junior technicians as needed.
