Job summary

Flogistix, LP seeks a Field Service Technician in Vernal/Roosevelt, Utah. You will service natural gas compression units, focusing on GM 4.3L/5.7L engines and Cummins 8.3/855 engines, with travel to customer sites to ensure peak performance and safety.

The role requires 3–5 years’ hands-on experience, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to work independently or with a team in dynamic conditions. Safety is a priority and on-call work may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with natural gas compression units is expected.
• Must have reliable driving record and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety procedures and site rules.
• Build and assemble equipment per specs.
• Track truck inventory and charge out parts as needed.
• Maintain clean work environment and vehicle.
• Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, filters, plugs).
• Troubleshoot and repair CNG engines and systems.
• Conduct emissions tests to meet standards.
• Maintain logs and report issues; travel up to 75%.
