Flogistix LP is seeking a Field Service Technician to work in the Midland field shop. The role focuses on maintaining and repairing natural gas compression units, with emphasis on GM 4.3L and 5.7L engines and Cummins 8.3/855 variants.

You will ensure safety, reliability, and optimal performance at customer sites. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of hands-on experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently or with a team.

Formación

• 3–5 years hands-on experience with natural gas compression units.
• Proficiency with GM 4.3L and 5.7L engines; Cummins 8.3/855 a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Follow safety procedures and customer site safety requirements.
• Build and assemble equipment per specifications.
• Track truck inventory and charge out parts to maintain counts.
• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes and tune-ups.
• Inspect units, run diagnostics, and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain logs and participate in training on new compression tech.
