Job summary

Flogistix, LP is seeking a Field Service Technician for our East Texas Boyd field shop. Candidates need 3–5 years of hands-on experience with natural gas compression units and engines, particularly GM 4.3L/5.7L, Cummins 8.3 and 855. You will diagnose, repair, and optimize field equipment while complying with safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance/repair experience with natural gas compression units.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and customer site safety rules.
• Build and assemble equipment per specifications.
• Track inventory and manage parts on the truck.
• Perform routine maintenance on engines and machinery.
• Inspect units and run diagnostics to identify issues.
• Troubleshoot problems and implement timely fixes.
• Maintain logs and participate in ongoing training.
