Job summary

Rehlko is seeking a Senior Service Specialist for the Engine Division to deliver technical support, field service expertise, and dealer development for authorized dealers. This role requires serving as the primary technical resource, providing phone-based troubleshooting, on-site diagnostics, and hands-on product training to ensure high customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will be located in the US (preferred Florida, Georgia, or Alabama) and possess 3–5 years of engine troubleshooting

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in troubleshooting and repair of Gasoline Turf and Utility Engines and Diesel Engines and Common Rail Engines.
• Associate degree preferred with strong emphasis in mechanical and electrical courses or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone-based troubleshooting, on-site diagnostics, and hands-on product training for authorized dealers.
• Deliver on-site technical support, diagnostics, and repair guidance during field visits.
• Document field findings and escalate product issues to engineering or quality teams.
