Job summary

Rehlko is seeking a Senior Service Specialist to provide technical support to dealers and OEMs, manage warranty claims, and drive service excellence from a remote location with a preference for East Coast candidates.

You will travel to dealers as needed, support field service activities, and collaborate with Technical Publications and Training teams to develop service materials and manuals. This role emphasizes customer-focused problem solving and strong product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct technical support to dealers and customers via call center, email, and product support requests.
• Support dealers and OEMs to maintain and grow service levels as a competitive advantage.
• Analyze warranty claims from dealers, distributors, and OEMs and approve/adjust/reject per policy.
• Identify problem trends from field reports and coordinate return of sample parts for corrective action.
• Provide consulting to Technical Publications and Training staff for service manuals and bulletins.
• Travel to dealers to investigate field problems or disputed warranty claims.
• Build technical relationships with dealers and OEM partners to support business growth.
• Attend annual dealer open houses and trade shows to represent diesel service and Kohler Core.
• Personally demonstrate and promote Kohler Core to customers.
