Job summary

EBARA Technologies - USA is seeking a field service technician to service, repair, and install EBARA products at customer sites. Under general supervision, you will handle systems hardware, software, and networking as needed.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, diagnostics, reporting, and mentoring junior technicians. Travel to customer sites may be required; candidates should have electronics background and strong customer relations.

Qualifications

• AS Electronics degree or equivalent experience.
• 4–10 years experience in electronics or semiconductor environments preferred.
• Strong customer relations and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Service equipment at customer sites including maintenance, installations, and startups.
• Diagnose mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures using checklists.
• Provide technical support to customers on operation and maintenance of systems.
• Mentor field technicians and train junior staff.
• Adhere to safety policies and maintain a safe work environment.
