Job summary

Ebara Technologiesorporated is seeking an experienced technician to provide client-site servicing, repair, and installation of their products. This role requires technical support skills and ability to diagnose equipment issues at customer sites.

The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry, and proficiency in troubleshooting and leadership. Collaborating with field service technicians, you will ensure optimal customer relations and operational success.

Qualifications

• Six (6) to Ten (10) years of work-related experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of principles of semiconductor and/or vacuum technology.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs. unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Service equipment and/or products at customer sites.
• Diagnose mechanical and systems failures using service maintenance checklists.
• Train and mentor Field Service Technicians.
