Whaley Foodservice is seeking a Service Technician II to maintain, service, and repair commercial cooking equipment and refrigeration, including grills, fryers, ovens, ice machines, and walk-in coolers.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in commercial kitchen repair or refrigeration.
• Must be 18 years of age and able to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and repairs commercial cooking equipment and refrigeration.
• Communicates status updates for parts and repairs with branch support and customers.
• Completes service calls accurately and timely.
• Audits truck stock to ensure required parts are stocked.
• Maintains service vehicle, tools, and uniforms per safety standards.
• Meets on-call requirements.
