Job summary

Morris Business Solutions is hiring a Senior Field Technician to own a designated service territory, supporting and maintaining Xerox and Kyocera MFPs in the Charlotte region. You will perform on-site service, troubleshoot field hardware, and perform preventive maintenance while acting as a second-level escalation point for other technicians.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience servicing Xerox equipment, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal

• 5+ years’ experience servicing Xerox equipment is required.
• Experience with PrimeLink and Versant is a plus.
• Fiery experience is a plus.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

Morris Business Solutions is a leading provider of office technology in North and South Carolina. We’re actively hiring a Senior Field Technician to take full ownership of a designated service territory — supporting and maintaining Xeroxand Kyocera MFPs.

You’ll handle on-site service, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and serve as a second-level escalation point for other technicians. This role is designed for independent, self-motivated professionals who take pride in providing high-quality service.
