Job summary

Xylem, a Fortune 500 global water solutions company, is seeking a Senior Field Service Technician to perform field service activities at customer sites across multiple systems. The role involves safe troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and direct customer interaction, with travel up to 80% as needed.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of technical experience in process water environments, strong electrical/mechanical skills, and the ability to work independently or in teams.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
• May have industry-specific license(s).
• Ability to obtain all required customer clearances (TWIC, DISA, etc.).
• 2–5 years of technical work experience including industrial or commercial process water.
