Job summary

Ring Power Cat is seeking a skilled field technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain customer and company equipment. You will work with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, following manufacturer specifications and safety policies. Documentation of repairs and times is required, along with cost awareness and teamwork.

Training and mentoring others may be involved. Desirable qualifications include a High School diploma, 3–4 years of experience, a valid driver's license, and completion

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3–4 years of experience in related field.
• Must have a valid driver license.
• Completed training to be designated Service Field Tech II.
• Proficient with computers and dealer software is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs on customer or company equipment including mechanical, electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting.
• Diagnose and repair equipment following manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain tools and documentation of repairs and times.
• Monitor job expenses and report cost overruns to supervisor.
• Adhere to safety policies and use proper PPE.
• Train and mentor others in department as needed.
