This full-time, remote role requires frequent travel and close collaboration with customers and internal teams to resolve technical challenges.

The ideal candidate will diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system faults, train users on operation, and optimize machine performance, while adhering to strict safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proficient in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and control systems on precision equipment.
• Experience with CNC operation and maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve technical issues.

Responsabilités

• Install, commission, and maintain precision machine tools at customer sites across North America.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system faults.
• Train users on machine operation and basic troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers to resolve complex issues.
• Travel extensively (~85%+) to client sites and ensure service quality.
