Role Overview

As a Senior Technician, you will ensure optimal equipment performance through diagnostics, repairs, and proactive maintenance. You will lead by example, mentor junior technicians, and contribute to operational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Field Expertise: Service equipment on-site using company-provided tools and vehicle.
• Diagnostics & Repairs: Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical issues efficiently.
• Leadership: Mentor junior technicians and uphold service standards.
• Customer Service: Engage with clients, provide technical advice, and maintain communication.
• Documentation & Safety: Keep accurate records and adhere to OSHA and industry safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in material handling, heavy equipment, or automotive industries.
• Advanced knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems.
• ASE Certification preferred; forklift certification a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Experience with diagnostic software and fleet management systems.
• Valid driver's license required.
