Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Field Service Representative Manager (FSR Manager) to lead the LCLS program for HIMARS platforms, coordinating 27+ staff across locations and ensuring field service support aligns with government security guidelines.

The role requires strong leadership, customer-facing experience, and the ability to manage staffing, schedules, and PMRs while driving performance improvements and ensuring operational readiness for the US Army and USMC.

Qualifications

• Secret security clearance required.
• Experience leading multi-discipline teams in a dynamic environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customers and management.
• Willingness to travel to meet staff and Lockheed Martin employees.

Responsibilities

• Directs 27+ employees worldwide including international assignments.
• Coordinates staffing to support unit deployments, field exercises, and readiness.
• Submits monthly activity reports and ensures offsite CDRL requirements.
• Coordinates PMRs and Launcher reviews with Government.
• Develops field service strategies to increase performance.
