Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Field Service Technicians and support staff.
• Direct daily field service activities and technician deployment.
• Own critical customer escalations from start to resolution.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in service operations.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales and Product teams.
