Job summary

The Group CBS Omaha-based Field Service team is seeking a Senior Field Technician to lead on-site and in-field operations, guiding the field service crew and delivering high-quality technical support to customers.

This role requires 80% travel across listed areas: Lakeland, Nashville, Salt Lake City, Vancouver, Sumner, Phoenix, with hours dictated by customers. You will oversee equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and collaboration with engineering to improve service efficiency.

Qualifications

• Senior or leadership field technician experience preferred.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing technical equipment.
• Ability to communicate technical information to diverse stakeholders.
• Commitment to safety and knowledge of safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate field service operations, ensuring timely and effective completion of tasks.
