Job summary

Hiab USA, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform preventive maintenance, safety checks and repairs on forklifts, knuckle boom cranes, loaders, liftgates, and related equipment at customer sites and Hiab locations in the Raleigh area.

This role requires a valid driver’s license, 1-year DOT Medical Card, own tools, and willingness to travel 100% across Raleigh and surrounding areas; benefits include a sign-on bonus, 401k with company match, health/dental/vision insurance, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical operations.
• Appropriate diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Own tools required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and service equipment per Manager’s instructions.
• Perform preventive maintenance and safety checks.
• Troubleshoot faults and implement repairs on site.
• Maintain records and submit daily reports.
