Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group seeks Senior Field Service Engineers I & II to support a premier client site in North Valley, AZ. Based in Phoenix, you will lead complex troubleshooting, mentor engineers, and optimize advanced semiconductor equipment in a high-demand environment.

You'll travel up to 75% domestically and internationally, with education requirements including a Bachelor's degree. Visa sponsorship is not available. This is a full-time role with significant field responsibilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering or a related field.
6+ to 8+ years of experience in semiconductor field service or capital equipment, depending on the level.
Experience in cleanroom or semiconductor environments.
Willingness to travel 75% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

Lead complex troubleshooting and root-cause analysis on semiconductor equipment.
Mentor junior engineers and guide on-site at client facilities.
Review tool performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
