Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT-related field.
• Managed Services experience required.
• Azure experience preferred.
• CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+ or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Lead advanced troubleshooting for server, network, security, and infrastructure.
• Manage and support client environments including servers, workstations, networks, and cloud services.
• Design, implement, and maintain secure IT solutions aligned with client needs.
• Perform server planning, deployment, upgrades, and migrations.
• Provide expert support for Exchange, Office 365, Azure, and AD administration.
• Mentor Field Service Technicians and contribute to process improvements.
• Document all work with root cause analysis and resolutions.
• Participate in client meetings to explain issues and plans.
