Responsibilities

• Installs, troubleshoots, repairs, and overhauls equipment at customer locations.
• Provides after-sales technical support and customer training.
• Performs preventive maintenance and routine diagnostics.
• Coordinates with customers to schedule service visits and updates on ETA.
