Qualifications

• 3+ years assembly, technical or mechanical experience.
• High School/ GED or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with attention to detail.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Builds equipment frames and mechanical sub-assemblies using hand/power tools.
• Assembles electrical and plumbing components on the chassis panel.
• Routes and connects wires between components and terminals.
• Reads and interprets engineering drawings, schematics and blueprints.
• Collaborates with Engineering to update Bills of Materials.
• Uses cranes, hoists and lifts to position heavy parts.
• Verifies quality and accuracy of assembled components.
• Uses gauges, calipers, micrometers, height gauges.
• Maintains tools, equipment, and a safe work environment.
• Adheres to established quality standards and procedures.
