Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 4 years of technical, clinical field service, technical internship or clinical customer support experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform installations, inspections, verification and preventive maintenance of Affera EP systems.
• Maintain and submit technical records and documentation per regulatory requirements.
• Provide input to service processes for continuous improvement and maintenance of Service documentation.
• Develop and deliver technical training to distributors, partners and customer representatives.
• Assist physicians and EP technicians during clinical procedures when needed.
