Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support Affera systems across a territory including New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, with up to 75% travel. The role is remote to enhance collaboration among field and clinical teams, and may involve on-site visits at customer sites.

You will install, service, and maintain Affera products, document regulatory records, and coordinate with engineering and manufacturing for upgrades. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 4 years of technical, clinical field service, technical internship or clinical customer support experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform installations, inspections, verification, corrective and preventive maintenance to ensure the successful operation of Affera systems.
• Maintain and submit technical records and documentation per regulatory requirements.
• Provide information from field experience to colleagues and updates to the database.
• Contribute to service process improvements and the creation/maintenance of service documentation.
• Support engineering and manufacturing for product upgrades.
• Deliver technical training to distributors, partners, and qualified customer representatives.
