Job summary

TK Elevator in Atlanta, GA seeks an experienced Field Service Engineer III to support field operations with technical expertise. You will handle site visits, documentation, training, and performance feedback across product lines.

The role requires travel up to 50% and a technical degree or equivalent elevator experience. Strong problem solving and communication are essential; MS Office proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 8+ years elevator work experience.
• QEI Certification a plus; NEIEP or NEII Certification.
• OSHA 30hr Certificate.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically/internationally.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to field organization via phone and site visits.
• Lead preparation of product documentation and field bulletins.
• Instruct others technically in products and processes.
• Perform beta or other testing to provide performance feedback.
• Train Field Mechanics and Support Engineers I–II as needed.
• Develop into a subject matter expert in one or more product lines.
• Work under minimal supervision of Field Engineer Manager.
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Maintain a valid passport.
