Job summary

TK Elevator is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer III in Atlanta, GA to provide technical support to the field organization via phone, site visits, and training. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or 8 years of elevator experience, travel up to 50%, and certification in QEI/NEIEP/NEII with OSHA 30hr.

Ideal candidates will have strong problem solving, customer service, and communication skills, and be capable of leading documentation, testing, and SME development within product

Qualifications

• Provides technical assistance to field organization covering product lines via phone/site visits.
• Leads preparation of product documentation/bulletins for field use.
• Instructs others technically in products and processes.
• Performs beta testing to provide performance feedback to Quality/R&D/Manufacturing.
• Trains Field Mechanics and Support Engineers I–II as needed.
• Develops into a subject matter expert in one or more product lines.
• Works under minimal supervision of Field Engineer Manager.

Responsibilities
