Group-CBS is seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician to perform testing, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and commissioning of electrical power equipment at customer facilities. You will diagnose complex electrical and mechanical issues and contribute to safe, reliable power systems.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Associate degree in Electrical/Electronic Technology, military experience, or related technical training preferred.
• Eight or more years of experience in electrical testing, maintenance, commissioning, or substation work.
• NETA certification or ability to obtain NETA Level III or IV certification.

Responsabilidades

• Perform testing, maintenance, commissioning, upgrades, and repairs on electrical power equipment.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose electrical and mechanical issues in substations and power systems.
• Read and interpret schematics, drawings, manuals, and technical documentation.
• Complete service reports, testing documentation, and customer deliverables.
• Support emergency response work and customer outage situations as needed.
• Maintain tools, test equipment, vehicles, and work areas in a clean and organized condition.
