Job summary

You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and service fielded systems, serving as the liaison with customers and coordinating with engineering and logistics teams. Requirements include an active Secret clearance, a Master's degree in Engineering, and 7+ years of field service experience.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance is required.
• Master's degree in an Engineering discipline.
• 7+ years of professional experience in field service engineering or related technical support.
• Experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing complex equipment in operational environments.
• Strong understanding of hardware, software, and network infrastructure components.
• Experience liaising between customers and engineering/program teams.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision in field environments.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; ability to train customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair activities for fielded equipment and systems.
• Coordinate with customers and verify operational quality prior to acceptance.
• Provide hands-on technical training to customer personnel on system operation and maintenance.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for field-level customer support.
• Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and program management to resolve field issues.
