Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of field engineering experience on complex military equipment.
• Experience with EO/IR and radar sensor systems.
• Strong systems-level troubleshooting across electrical, mechanical, software, and networks.
• U.S. Citizenship with an active Secret clearance.
• Travel about 50% and extended deployments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deploy to customer and field sites to install, operate, maintain, and sustain complex military equipment.
• Coordinate reach back with home-station engineering to resolve issues.
• Lead root-cause investigations and drive corrective actions to closure.
• Plan and execute field modifications and upgrades under configuration control.
• Execute site acceptance and checkout procedures after installation or upgrade.
• Verify sensor performance and network connectivity in the field.
• Provide technical direction to field service representatives and act as on-site point of contact.
• Capture operational requirements and relay them to engineering.
• Support training and NET for operators and maintainers.
