Raytheon Field Engineering is seeking a Field Service Representative to support the Commander’s Independent Thermal Viewer (CITV) activities in Lima, OH. You will provide technical support, interface with customers, troubleshoot, and oversee repairs.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience or an advanced degree with 2+ years, U.S. citizenship, and an active security clearance. Travel within CONUS may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 2+ years’ experience.
• Active and transferable U.S. government security clearance is required.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Field Engineering/FSR experience maintaining electronic equipment.
• Experience with U.S. Army M1 A2 Abrams MBT subsystems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and interface with external customers.
• Troubleshoot system problems and oversee repairs under direction from home office.
• Test, inspect, and repair CITV system during installation and testing.
• Provide training to customer personnel on operation and maintenance.
• Analyze equipment failures and advise on corrective actions and preventive maintenance.
• Oversee installation, checkout, operation, maintenance/repair, and modification of equipment.
• Some CONUS travel required.
