Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Field Service Engineer to lead installations, perform advanced troubleshooting, and support clinicians using our AI-driven fluoroscopy systems for EP and GI procedures. This hybrid role combines hands-on field service with time at headquarters to become a subject matter expert on current and future products.
What You’ll Do
- Install, configure, and validate C-arm fluoroscopy systems
- Troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues
- Perform preventive maintenance & ensure compliance
- Train clinical staff and mentor junior engineers
- Travel domestically and internationally as needed
What You Bring
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, or related field; or Military experience
- 5+ years experience servicing interventional X-ray/fluoroscopy systems
- Strong diagnostic and technical troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with DICOM, PACS, and hospital IT environments
- Valid driver’s license
