Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Field Service Engineer to lead installations, perform advanced troubleshooting, and support clinicians using our AI-driven fluoroscopy systems for EP and GI procedures. This hybrid role combines hands-on field service with time at headquarters to become a subject matter expert on current and future products.

What You’ll Do

• Install, configure, and validate C-arm fluoroscopy systems
• Troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues
• Perform preventive maintenance & ensure compliance
• Train clinical staff and mentor junior engineers
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed

What You Bring

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, or related field; or Military experience
• 5+ years experience servicing interventional X-ray/fluoroscopy systems
• Strong diagnostic and technical troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with DICOM, PACS, and hospital IT environments
• Valid driver’s license
