As a Senior Field Service Engineer you will responsible for providing engineering field service support required to install, test, start up and maintain nuclear system equipment and components. You will perform service center support functions including preparation of technical procedures, drawings, and specifications for equipment testing, use, and maintenance under management.

You will report to the Manager of Reactor & BOP Inspection Tooling and will be located at our Waltz Mill facility in Madison, PA. When not traveling, you will be at Waltz Mill 5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Project Engineering - Completing project engineering functions to ensure internal maintenance project commitments are met

  
  


• 
  

  Equipment Refurbishment Support - Perform Specific maintenance and refurbishment activities to prepare internal design and 3rd party procured equipment within a team of technicians and engineers

  Process Improvement - Prepare test procedures to evaluate equipment performance following modification and repair, with guidance. Observe operational tests

  
  


• 
  

  Work Management- Lead work according to schedule, budget, contract and scope requirements.

  
  


• 
  

  Technical Documentation - Prepare input for technical manuals, procedures and reports, with guidance

  
  


• 
  

  Analysis- Perform analysis and review of operational problems of equipment or systems and identify problems using test or inspection equipment, with guidance.

  Installation, modification or maintenance of Equipment - Perform specific tasks associated with installation, modification or maintenance of equipment, systems and fuel at customer site(s).

  
  

Qualifications:

  Bachelor's degree in engineering, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum 3+ years of experience

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to travel up to 50%. Ability to travel during the spring and fall for potentially weeks at a time.
