Job summary

Cell Signaling Technology (CST) is seeking a Senior Field Application Specialist focused on Cell Therapy and Regulatory Markets. You will partner with customers in CAR-T workflows, ensuring GMP/GxP compliance and successful implementation from discovery to clinical manufacturing.

You will drive regulatory alignment, provide technical guidance, and collaborate with sales to identify high-value opportunities, while supporting CST product strategy and regional budgets.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master's in Cell Biology, Immunology, or equivalent.
• 8+ years in GMP/GxP environments within biopharma.
• Hands-on GMP/GxP assay development, validation, or manufacturing support.
• Deep technical knowledge of CAR-T manufacturing processes.
• Strong regulatory knowledge for clinical development.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory & Technical Consultative Support for CAR-T and regulated markets.
• Strategic liaison to identify high-value opportunities with regional sales.
• End-to-end guidance from discovery to clinical manufacturing/ QC.
• Manage regulatory inquiries on traceability, lot-to-lot, and change control.
• Support technology transfer and risk mitigation in validated workflows.
• Collaborate with marketing, PM, and R&D to influence product roadmap.
