Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors seeks a high-impact Sales Manager to drive growth nationwide from a field-based leadership role. You’ll hire, train, and coach reps, build a scalable sales machine, and push for multi-million-dollar offices through a proven process.

You must have one-call close remodeling experience, 3+ years in sales and at least 1 year in sales leadership, plus a valid license. Weekly pay and uncapped bonuses are part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• One-call close experience in Exterior or Interior Remodeling.
• 3+ years in sales, 1+ year in a sales management role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and coach your sales reps through classes, workshops, and field development.
• Lead weekly meetings, track performance metrics, and drive quota achievement.
• Manage schedules, complete cancel-save appointments, and keep the operation running.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews.
• Build a high-performing team culture aligned with our mission.
