Key responsibilities include hiring, training, coaching reps, leading weekly meetings, and maintaining a high-performing culture aligned with company goals. A high-energy, results-driven leader will thrive in our fast-growing organization.

• One-call close experience in exterior/interior remodeling.
• At least 3 years in sales and 1+ year in sales management.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

Position: Sales Manager

We’re seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. This role oversees daily operations, drives performance, and develops future leaders.

Requirements

• 3+ years in sales, 1+ year in sales management
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

• W2, OTE $250,000 - $400,000+
• Draw, commission & bonuses paid weekly
• Benefits: Medical, dental, vision (after 30 days)
• Full-time, weekends required
