Devine Business Group is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative and Trainer to work as an independent contractor, conducting direct B2B outreach to offer supplemental insurance benefits to local businesses. The role also involves coaching and mentoring future sales talent to strengthen teams and community impact.

The position offers a full-time schedule with a Monday–Friday framework, occasional weekends, a base draw, uncapped commissions, and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• At least four years of work experience in sales or training.
• Experience as coach, educator, or mentor.
• Independent but team-oriented with strong service ethic.

Responsibilities

• Direct sales and field training as an independent contractor.
• Go business-to-business to introduce employers to high-value insurance benefits.
• Develop future sales talent by coaching and mentoring in the field.
