Job Description

The Senior Field Sales Executive is responsible for selling CS offerings to customer stakeholders within their book of accounts, driving new sales and cross-sell opportunities. They work directly with customers to understand needs, communicate value, and facilitate deals, collaborating with Technical Sales, Customer Success, and Sales Support. They are accountable for achieving quota, following processes, and maintaining customer relationships.

REMOTE: This role reports to the Director, Financial Services Sales, and works under the Vice President, Financial Services. It is part of BU – FCC | CS | Wolters Kluwer Financial Services, Inc.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Approximately 20% travel required.
  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven record of meeting/exceeding targets.
  • Experience selling into Financial Services industry.
  • Industry contacts and brand presence in the lending sector.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com CRM.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Consultative sales approach and ability to navigate complex purchases.
  • Effective communication in face-to-face and virtual environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
  • Industry knowledge of financial services or lending.
  • Experience in high-growth or specialized product environments.
