Job summary

Rogers Electric is seeking a Safety Lead to partner with on-site teams, develop safety programs, and train staff across multiple locations. The role requires 7+ years in commercial electrical environments, strong OSHA knowledge, and 100% travel.

You will implement safety policies, review processes, and lead audits to minimize hazards. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in safety-related fields, OSHA certifications, and excellent communication skills to engage with field teams and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety Science, Engineering, Industrial Hygiene or equivalent.
• 7+ years of commercial electrical experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Federal and State OSHA regulations (NEPA, ANSI).
• OSHA 30 and OSHA 510 certifications required; OSHA 500 preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to train others.
• Ability to travel 100% for onsite job sites.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly onsite with general contractors to ensure safety and policy compliance.
• Provide technical safety and health support to production and corporate personnel.
• Conduct safety training for new employees across locations and conditions.
• Develop and maintain written safety programs and policies.
• Identify training needs and coordinate programs; support hazard analyses.
• Review procedures and records for safety input; stay current on regulations.
