Job summary

Rogers Electric is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead onsite supervision of electrical foremen and crews across construction sites. This role requires frequent travel, strong leadership, and a focus on safety, quality, and timely project delivery.

You will mentor foremen, participate in reviews at 25%, 50%, 75%, and closeout, and collaborate with project managers to ensure adequate manpower, materials, and equipment for successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of commercial and/or industrial electrical experience.
• Previous superintendent experience leading foremen and field crews on construction job sites.
• Extensive electrical expertise including new construction and remodel installations, job planning, blueprint reading, conduit installation, wiring, device termination, testing, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite electrical superintendent/foremen with accountability for safety, quality, and schedule.
• Travel regularly to work sites and provide onsite leadership, reviews, and inspections.
• Coach foremen on project reviews including 25%, 50%, 75% and closeout, plus cost-to-complete budgets.
• Coordinate with project managers to address manpower, material, and equipment needs.
• Oversee foremen and crew staffing, projections, and forecasting.
