Job summary

Rogers Electric is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead on-site electrical teams across commercial and industrial projects. The role requires directing foremen, coordinating with project managers, and ensuring safety and quality on site.

Ideal candidates have substantial electrical experience, strong mentoring abilities, and familiarity with Procore and MS Office. Occasional travel and night/weekend work are expected, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of commercial and/or industrial electrical experience.
• Experience leading foremen and field crews on construction job sites.
• Extensive electrical expertise including blueprint reading, conduit installation, wiring, testing and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite electrical superintendent/foremen with oversight and management.
• Travel to work sites on short notice and provide on-site leadership and safety inspections.
• Assist foremen on job reviews: initial, 25%, 50%, 75% and closeout; manage budgets and cost-to-complete.
• Coordinate with project managers on manpower, material and equipment needs.
• Manage foremen and crews with regular reviews, forecasting and performance tracking.
