Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on safety, compliance, and refresher training for underground electric distribution crews.
• Conduct OSHA compliance training, including work area protection, shoring, trenching, and rigging.
• Physically demonstrate safe jobsite setup, tools, and field procedures.
• Coach and mentor linemen and mechanics on technical and safety practices.
• Ensure adherence to EFPT and company safety policies.
• Collaborate with Training Supervisors and Electric Operations leadership.
• Evaluate field practices and correct unsafe behaviors.
• Support annual compliance and recertification programs.
