Job summary

SGS Consulting seeks an experienced field trainer to deliver hands-on safety and compliance training for underground electric distribution crews. You will conduct OSHA-compliant sessions covering work area protection, shoring, trenching, and rigging while demonstrating safe jobsite setups.

You will coach linemen and mechanics on technical and safety practices, ensure adherence to EFPT and company safety policies, and collaborate with Training Supervisors and Electric Operations leadership to

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with underground electric distribution systems preferred.
• Qualified as Journeyman Lineman or Splicer.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.
• Experience with EFPT training is a plus.
