Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive safety/ risk management experience or equivalent.
• Multiple professional certifications in safety/risk domains are required.
• Excellent communication and training skills; strong presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coach field crews and reinforce safety expectations during visits.
• Develop and monitor compliance plans; document gaps and remediation.
• Serve as risk control tester for gas and electric operations statewide.
